For weight loss we recommend –

 

Functional cardio/ lean muscle workout
• 3 sets of box jumps 15 reps.
• 3 sets of luges 15 reps.
• 3 sets of weighted sled push.
• 3 sets of weighted sled pull 3 sets of push ups till failure.
• 3 sets of leg raises 20 reps.
• Treadmill sprints 30 seconds on 30 seconds off for 10 minutes.
• Uphill treadmill fast pace walk 10 minutes.
